Ltd. “Solid Waste Management Company of Georgia” with financial support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is planning to implement a project – “Kvemo Kartli Solid Waste Management.” The project implies construction of a new regional sanitary landfill in Kvemo Kartli region that will serve to the following Municipalities: Marneuli, Bolnisi, Dmanisi, Tetritskaro, and Tsalka.
Within the framework of the project, today a working meeting was held among the representatives of the Ltd. “Solid Waste Management Company of Georgia,” the EBRD, the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Kvemo Kartli Municipalities.
The implementation phases, technical-organizational and financial aspects of the project were discussed at the meeting.
